WORK OUT UPDATES
The commodores have finished the strength portion of their summer work outs. Starting July 12 we will move to the endurance phase of our summer and will move the workouts back to 5:00pm-7:00pm. See you there!

Camper of the Week
Six Commodore Linemen attended the D1 camp held at the cocoa expo on June 17-June 19. Bobby McCammon was named Offensive Lineman Camper of the Week. Way to go commodores! See Bobby McCammon blocking below.

9th Grade Football Update
Their is 9th grade football! We are excited about our future and look forward to seeing all freshmen football players on July 31 at the Freshmen orientation.

Commodore Night
Coach Powers and his staff will host the 2010 Commodore Night on August 17th at 6:30 in the Eau Gallie High School Gym. This meeting will be to discuss rules and expectations of the people in our program. This will also be the first opportunity to purchase spirit packs and other cloth items.

Iron Commodore

The annual Iron Commodore Competition will be help on July 26-28. The players will compete in 8 different events to see who will be crowned this year’s Iron Commodore. The players must make 26 out of 30 workouts in order to be eligible to compete.
